This recipe was suggested by an old grandmother, remembering "the affairs of bygone days" and what people ate a long time ago.
At that time, meat with lard was salted, stored without refrigerators, and then various foods were cooked on it.
So I decided to make food on such salted meat, especially my own salted meat, which tastes good.

The taste of the cabbage soup itself turned out to be excellent, with a perceptible aftertaste of spices in which salt was dried. The meat itself is pleasant to the taste, with a taste of salt beef, and the salt is felt in it well, but in moderation.
