Cooking method

  • We have such a handsome man - fresh carp !!! Weighing about 1-1.5 kg.
  • For the filling I used a mix of porridge according to this recipe - boiled buckwheat with brown and wild rice Baked carp with buckwheat-rice porridge

Note

We immediately serve hot carp on the table, while it is fresh and hot !!!
It's so delicious !!!!! Highly!!!!

Carp fish is very fatty, so serve fresh vegetables and vegetable salad as a side dish.

I make such a carp, I just plast it on the back (it turns out a kind of pocket) and stuffing onions + mushrooms + buckwheat. Carp royally. Delicious.
