Cooking method

  • Today I cooked broth from duck wings.
  • I put wings, spices in boiling water, and later also salt to taste. I cook until ready.
  • The broth was prepared with the help of such a "ball". I put various dried herbs (onions, peppers, celery, carrots, etc.), close the bowl and put them in a saucepan along with other products and cook the broth until tender.
  • You can use fresh vegetables instead of dried vegetables.
  • Then I take the ball out of the finished broth.
  • It turns out such a transparent broth. You can add a boiled egg, or white croutons to it.
