Liver baked under kiwi

Ingredients

Beef liver 500 g
Prunes 100-150 g
taste
Kiwi 3 pcs.
Mayonnaise, sour cream 100 g each
Hard cream cheese like Lambert 100 g
Garlic 1-2 cloves
For garnish:
boiled potatoes,
Korean carrots,
green onion

Cooking method

  • We clean the liver from veins, films. Cut into pieces about 1 cm thick.
  • We beat off with a tenderizer with salt and spices, we give time to marinate.

  • Pour prunes with hot water, rinse and cut into pieces. Stir in finely chopped garlic (for flavor).
  • Peel the kiwi and cut into circles.

  • Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, salt and beat until smooth. If it is very thick, you can add a little water before the pancake dough.

  • Grate cheese on a coarse grater into strips.

  • Roll the liver in flour, quickly fry in oil in a hot frying pan. Set aside on a plate. I use flour for boning - it is fine, it holds the juice well inside the product, the liver will not be dry.

  • Now we take the form and fold it in floors:
  • Fried liver,
  • Scatter prunes on top
  • Put on kiwi liver,
  • Spoon the sour cream mixture
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • I got two rows like that.

  • Put in the oven at 180 * C for about 30-35 minutes. During this time, the liver is saturated with sour cream mixture and all the goodies. The cheese will be slightly baked on top.
  • Do not keep the liver in the oven for a long time, so as not to dry out and burn.

  • Everything, the liver is ready!
  • We take it out of the oven and serve it to the table.

Note

For garnish - boiled potatoes with vegetables are well suited. And be sure to have some green onions!

The taste combination of fresh liver, sweet prunes seasoned with garlic, and sour kiwi, and all this in sour cream filling - it turned out to be very tasty!

Bon appetit, everyone!
