Salad with cod liver and kiwi

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes
Canned cod liver
Boiled eggs
Kiwi fresh
Cream cheese like Lambert
Soaking sauce
Prepare the sauce like this:
Kiwi 1 PC.
Mayonnaise + sour cream 50 + 50 g
Fresh garlic for smell 1 clove
Horseradish canned. 1-2 tsp
Salt pepper taste
Fresh dill, finely chopped 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut potatoes, liver, kiwi, eggs into cubes. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • All products for the sauce, clean, cut, put in a blender and beat well, taste, adjust.
  • Add dill to the finished sauce, mix by hand with a spoon.
  • The taste of the sauce is very pleasant: creamy with a slight smell of garlic, and a slight pleasant sourness from kiwi.
  • We collect the salad:
  • A layer of potatoes, a little sauce
  • Liver
  • Eggs, some sauce
  • Kiwi, some sauce
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Make the bookmark layers thin.

Note

It turns out a pleasant, light-to-taste salad. Fatty liver taste is neutralized by the sour taste of kiwi. And the kiwi sauce has a light pleasant aftertaste, and a light smell of garlic - just moderate!
