I cut one tomato into quarters, the rest is smaller: pepper, small zucchini, onion, apple, plum. I put everything in a bowl and microwave for 6 minutes.
Then she poured the juice, added salt, sugar, dried dill, oil and table vinegar, mixed and again in the microwave for a minute. I put it in a half-liter jar, adding a chopped clove of garlic.
What a breathtaking smell ... The contents of the jar were eaten right there, while still warm, I had to make a large portion.
