Ingredients

lung 0.5KG
big carrot 2 pcs.
large onion 2 pcs.
rast. oil for frying
mayonnaise ~ 200 gr
mushroom cube (Galina Blanca, Maggi, etc.) 1 PC.

Cooking method

Easy to boil until tender, changing the water once after boiling.
Cool down.
Cut into small cubes or strips.
While the light is boiling, prepare a fry of diced onions and carrots, grated on a coarse grater. Use oils as little as possible.
Mix the cooled light and fry, sprinkle with mushroom seasoning, season with mayonnaise.

Time for preparing:

if you boil and cool the lung in advance - 0.5 hour

Make this salad, and your guests will never guess what it is from! For 2 years my mother told her granddaughter that the salad was made from mushrooms, and he believed. Do not spare mayonnaise, because when infused, the lung absorbs it. It is better to cool the lungs in the broth so that it does not become dry. Fry with a minimum amount of oil, so that later, when adding mayonnaise, it is not too greasy. Mushroom seasoning is best taken in a compressed cube. In loose seasonings, dried herbs come across, the taste of which is clogged with mushroom.
