Boiled cheesecake

Ingredients

Dough
butter 100gr
Granulated sugar 100gr
egg 1 PC
honey 1.5 tbsp. spoons
sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons
flour 350-400gr
baking powder 1.5 tsp
Cream
soft curd 500gr
egg 1 PC
butter 100gr
corn starch 2 tbsp. spoons
sugar 150gr
vanilla sugar 2 packages

Cooking method

  • Lubany's recipe with cookie
  • Preparation of cakes:
  • Beat soft butter with sugar, add egg, sour cream, honey.
  • Sift flour with baking powder and add to the liquid mass.
  • Knead a soft, smooth dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Divide the dough into 3 parts.
  • Place each part on baking paper, smooth out slightly with your hands and cover with a second sheet
  • roll the paper into a rectangle measuring 26 by 21.
  • Bake the cakes in a heated oven for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown
  • Cool on a wire rack.
  • Preparation of the filling:
  • Combine all the ingredients, starting with cottage cheese, stir together until smooth (so that there are no lumps from starch).
  • Simmer over low heat with constant stirring for 10-15 minutes until the custard thickens
  • Assembly:
  • Grease the cakes with hot cream and leave to soak overnight outside the refrigerator
  • Cut the soaked cake into portions (cakes), decorate with chocolate, nuts, etc.

Note

At first I decided that the dances would not be of the proper height: the cakes rose slightly after baking, but they were still thin. But come what may, smeared and left overnight. As a result, the cream was absorbed into the cakes, they became airy, soft and very tasty, the height of the finished cake is 6 cm. I was very pleased with the custard cream. And the combination of cottage cheese, vanilla, honey is just magical
Girls! and don't keep the dances in the fridge!

I was also very impressed with the cream. At first I was even confused when it became very liquid. I also remembered that the longer you cook starch, the thinner it becomes. However, after some time, the cream began to thicken evenly, and the taste ...

The cream needs all the ingredients, starting with the curd:
soft cottage cheese 500 gr
egg 1 pc
butter 100 gr
corn starch 2 tbsp spoons (I had potato starch)
sugar 150 gr
vanilla sugar 2 bags

And the oil is present in the dough and in the cream.
In some recipe, I made a separation of the ingredients for the dough and the filling, but the moderators for some reason corrected this matter, although I believe that it is necessary to clearly distinguish between products.
Yes, even by the amount of flour in the dough. I obviously did not have enough 350g. The dough was very thin and I started adding slowly. I think I added half a glass
