Cooking method

  • In general, I read the recipes from the insert for the pack of flaxseed flour, and I remembered that somewhere in the bowels of my table was the same piece of paper, and on it the recipe was written my version of Flaxseed bread. I walked about the forum, I didn’t find anything like that.
  • It's strange, I have been baking it for a long time and I kind of put it on the forum.

And I have been baking bread using flaxseed for a long time. I grind it directly on a coffee grinder before loading it into x / n (otherwise it loses its properties) or before manually kneading. Usually I put 1/3 of a measuring cup, I make "French" bread, but I put 1.5 tablespoons of sugar. l (measured). It always turns out very tasty.

I also bake this kind of bread, but I still put butter in, although I read that I don't have to. And the color of my bread turns out to be gray from linseed flour, but here in the photo it seems closer to me to yellow.

The color depends on the ratio of flour, I have 80 by 420, if I make 80 by 320, it will be more gray.

I have about the same color, I make about 60 flaxseed flour for 340 wheat for 260-270 water, and I add a little caraway and coriander - it turns out bread similar to custard rye and I really like it

What description are you waiting for? Nobody canceled the flour-liquid balance, the dough should be soft (but not liquid) - look here for the recommendations:

The author does not say anything about the dough in the recipe. Bread is immediately baked in a x / oven. Put in all the ingredients and turn on the program - kneading and baking went.

Today I baked this bread. It seemed that the water was not enough for the prescription. I have a lot of flour left. The bread tastes really interesting, I advise everyone to try it. And the color is unusual. Well, hardly anyone will doubt the benefits ...
But the bread did not have a roof. And in the first minutes of baking, the bread was blown away, although it had risen well before. I conclude that I have fast yeast. I will reduce their number when adding ingredients.
