For 500 ml of warm whey, you need 300-400 g of flour. Today I did it, I accidentally poured flour not 300, but 400 g, the dough did not pour, but as if on pancakes, it was torn off the spoon in pieces. But after standing for 4 hours, it began to pour like in the photo. And the pancakes turned out no worse, and even better, because I replaced half a teaspoon of sugar with stevia syrup.

And I have such pancakes without eggs. I bake in the traditional way. I do not cover the lid. I just warm up the whey a little or just dilute the kefir by half with hot water. And I bake right away. Pancakes with whey without eggs

And I have such pancakes without eggs.
Good pancakes, only I like to be either plump or very thin ... and also, I do not like when they are oiled.

I also love dry pancakes. These are just thin, and still without sugar. ... Butter only smeared the top pancake, for beauty ..... Then we eat them as we like. I put on the table a few fillings, butter, jam and more ...

By the way, if you like savory pancakes, try with a green onion, I really like it.

it turned out as thin as possible because you rotated the pan out of habit and the dough spreads. you just need to pour the dough and that's it, don't touch the pan with your hands. 3 tbsp. a lot of sugar? well, you are great !! I have not yet reached this level

I rotated a little
if there is less sugar, then such pancakes are very suitable for machanka

in general - I will train, otherwise I have all sorts of different problems with pancakes - they do not work, and I don’t want to make yeast, it’s not useful))

Did you measure flour in grams?
my 18 spoons with a medium slide is 280 gr

Thanks for the recipe!
The pancakes are delicious and fluffy! I remembered a long-forgotten taste from childhood, my grandmother baked on a cheesecake. Thank you so much!

girls, but how does the lack of eggs affect? on taste or consistency.
I remember my neighbor baked as a child, the glasses are delicious, I only added semolina, but I don’t know about eggs ...
try nothing ...

how does the absence of eggs affect?
Doesn't affect the taste in any way. Maybe a little less fat.
The trick here is that they are plump, they turn out almost like pancakes, but much softer.
In general, try, for a change
