Apple-oat muffins

Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs.
Butter 80g.
Milk 150ml
Sugar 150g.
Oatmeal (I have Nordic cooking time 1min) 100g.
Wheat flour 120g.
Apples 2 pcs.
Baking powder 1h l.

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter and beat it with milk and eggs for 3 minutes.


  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, baking powder and sugar.


  • Combine both mixtures, mix quickly. The dough is like thin sour cream

  • Apple-oat muffins


  • Cut the apples into small pieces (I cut them with a neiser) and add to the dough. Mix.


  • Put the dough into molds for 2/3 (I got 12 pieces) and bake for ~ 40 minutes at 180C.




  • Very tasty, crispy outside, soft inside !!!!


Note

The structure of the muffins is very tender, so I do not recommend baking in one large pan. The cupcake may fall apart when pulled out.
