Pickled pike.

Ingredients

Pike, fillet.
Bulb onions.
Salt.
Vinegar 6%
Seasonings (black pepper, for Korean carrots, etc.)
Vegetable oil.

Cooking method

  • Cut the pike fillet into 1-1.5 cm pieces and sprinkle with salt and put in the refrigerator for 10 hours, if for a longer time, you will need to soak a little. We rinse from salt, add spices, chopped onions into rings and mix, then pour 6% vinegar so that the fish is completely covered and put in the refrigerator for 10 hours. Stir 2-3 times during this time. After 10 hours, dump the fish into a colander and rinse a little (just a little) and let the remaining marinade and water drain off. We put it in jars, fill it with vegetable oil and put it in the refrigerator or immediately start using it.
