Sorry for the stupid question, maybe I didn't look. And when should the meat (already semi-fried) lay down, just before serving?
Olgushechka81
Good afternoon, the meat should be returned to the saucepan after you fry the onions, cucumbers with tomato paste, then add the potatoes and turn on the multi-cook program.

Olgushechka81 Why in Tatar? I always thought it was a European dish, sort of from France. Very appetizing.

Everything, very simply Azu is a Tatar dish. Although I adapted it a little for our cuckoo.

Olgushechka, I have a huge thank you for the adaptation and, in general, for recalling the recipe

it turns out this is exactly what my demanding son wanted so much
cooked in MV Panasonic on stewing for 1.5 hours, fried in a pan on the stove - it's easier for me

I already wrote that azu is a Tatar dish, and you can use any meat in it -
pulp of beef, lamb or young horse meat (in my case, I had pork, as they say, "I blinded it from what it was")
