Burbot under a fur coat for Cucoo 1054

Ingredients

Burbot 1 fish (400g.)
Thick sour cream 4st. l.
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Fresh dill 1 \ 2 bundles
Lemon juice 1 st. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the fish (do not cut off the head), salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice.


  • Chop the onion. Fry until golden brown. Oven mode with the lid open 3 level 1 minute.


  • Mix onion with sour cream, chopped dill.


  • Put the fish in a saucepan, spread the sour cream-onion "fur coat" on top. Multi-cook mode 110C 15 minutes.


  • Very fast and delicious !!!

Liver is especially valued among burbot, as Saltykov-Shchedrin said: "before cooking burbot, you need to scare him thoroughly to enlarge the liver." But we had a small burbot, not frightened !!!!
