Add the rest of the 1st grade flour on top, about 300 grams and put the bucket in cotton. Enable Basic Mode. Control the formation of the "kolobok", adding a little flour if necessary. When the time left on the scoreboard is 1 hour 30 minutes. turn off x / n. The fact is, it is necessary that the bread rises to the level of the bucket. A permanent program is wired into the x / p and there is not enough time to rise the dough. You can do this in programmable x / p. In our case, you need to wait for the dough to rise to the edge of the bucket and turn on x / p to cake mode. Bake bread in this mode. There is one more moment, on raising the bread, when you turn off the x / n, it will take about 2 hours. In this case, you can turn on x / n in cake mode several times for 10-15 seconds so that the dough comes up faster. And further. All x / n have one significant drawback. The top of the bread is always pale. I do this: after the bread has been baked, I take out the kneading spatula from the bread and put the finished bread in the oven in the \ "grill \" mode for a few minutes (maximum 5). The top fries well. Next, put the bread on the wire rack, cover with a towel and let cool for at least 2 hours. It may be difficult, but believe me, this bread is worth it.

Thank you for rating! The crumb color is light mustard. Everyone likes the taste of the bread, but if after the last rise, put the dough sprinkled with flour on the table, shape the bread, let it come up and bake in a cauldron under the lid, then the taste is completely different. Much better than x / n.
