It can be seen that something is confused - on wooden and plastic ones it is just possible (they are porous), but on glass - not worth it - kill the knife. And if the steel knife can still be regularly restored by sharpening, then the ceramics will be a complete drop.

The thing is really worthwhile. For 3 days I did nothing but peel the fish and fry the cutlets. Now you don't have to stand in three deaths over the sink until your back aches. Plus, you can clean it almost vertically, the clamp holds the fish with a dead grip. I am very pleased.

I can also recommend TimA boards. They are not as flexible as the Japanese ones, but otherwise they are not inferior: there are no traces of a knife, they do not hold a smell, they wash well and are not so expensive, 200 rubles is small and 300 rubles is large.
