Wow how delicious it’s to live until lunchtime
Omela

Mistlewash, and the meat does not need to be pre-fried, or is it still possible or not?

Cool recipe My family loved it. The meat is very tender, with a sourness from kefir. Thank you!!!
Aunt Besya
And I somehow stopped by the trial method on the "Stew" mode for such dishes .. Well, that is, at first I fry, everything is exactly the same, only on "Toasting" (I will not say whether it is better or worse, it just happened), and then, after adding all the spices and ingredients of the sauce, I turn on the "stew" for either beef or pork. It turns out faster than with Multipovar, and the result is always excellent
P.S A curry is love from the first spoon !!! Food from this spice mix
Petukhova
how long does it take on the stew?
Aunt Besya
Minutes 30, but this is still faster than 30 minutes on MP, since there is much more net time when set to 30
Omela
Petukhova glad you liked it!

Yes ... a multi-cook cooks for about an hour if you set the time to 30 minutes. I still don't understand why this is so?
