Ingredients

Rye flour 350 g
whole grain wheat flour 150 g
bran 50 g
vegetable oil 2 table. spoons
sugar 2 table. spoons
salt 1 tea the spoon
dry yeast 2 tea. spoons
water 280 g

Cooking method

  • Heat the bran in a skillet until golden brown. Cool down. Mix wheat flour, rye flour and bran.
  • Pour water into a bucket of a bread machine, add sugar, flour, vegetable oil (preferably olive oil), then flour mixture and yeast.
  • I put on a simple kneading in the "dough" mode (in my SATURN - this is 1 hour 20 minutes with a rise).
  • When the dough rose, took it out of the bucket, took out the paddle and put the dough back.
  • Baked in the "baking" mode (1 hour)
