Wheat-rye bread with bran in a bread maker

Ingredients

Peeled rye flour
(Amina, Nikolaev)
200 g
1st grade wheat flour
(Bohumila Odessa)
200 g
Wheat bran 2 tbsp. l.
Water (into the pallet) 400 ml
Gluten 1 tbsp. l.
Powdered milk 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Add wheat flour of the highest grade (Bohumila Odessa) up to a total weight of 600 g. Sift everything and pour it into a pallet with a slide, add 1.5 teaspoon of yeast (SAF Moment), 2 teaspoons of rock salt, 4 teaspoons of sugar on top. We pour 2 tablespoons of unrefined vegetable oil around the perimeter (Eurogroup Poltava).
  • Peck according to basic program 1 for kenwood 350, crust color is dark.
  • The result is a bread with a funky smell and taste.
