  • She baked it in a Teflon cake pan, having previously greased it with butter, at a temperature of 190 grams. Preheat the oven.

So my changes.
Milk was replaced by 0%.
Eggs are only proteins.
Sugar replaced with stevia + fructose
Flour: 115 gr of general purpose (CZ is over) + oat bran 50 gr + linseed fiber with blueberries 50 gr.
Berries: h. Currant-200 gr and sushi. strawberry-50 gr.
I stuck a nut (hazelnut) on top.
Everything was baked perfectly and it worked out !!!
