Ingredients

beef pulp 1 kg
bulb onions 2-3pcs larger
narsharab 2 tbsp. l.
tkemal sauce 2 tbsp. l.
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
freshly ground pepper to taste
adjika 0.5 tsp
marjoram, basil, grill seasoning 0.5 tsp each.

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into larger pieces like on a shish kebab, marinate in this mixture and leave for at least 1-2 hours, I didn't have time to marinate and the meat stood for about 20 minutes.
  • Marinated directly in the Cuckoo bowl, set the Stew program (it lasts 41 minutes). After the readiness signal, I left it on heating for 10-15 minutes. The meat turned out to be tasty, quite soft.
  • I left the remaining meat in the bowl of the pressure cooker without heating and stood it for 2 hours, so you don't have to chew this meat. So the conclusion: cook the meat on the Stew or Multi-Cook mode -40-60 minutes and leave it on the heat or just in the unheated cuckoo bowl for 2 hours and you will get a super dish. Tender meat, soaked in marinade juices, with a slight sourness (I convey the feelings of my husband s60)
  • He really liked it, but everything seems to be simple, the very minimum of products.
