Pancakes with poppy seeds in sour cream filling

Ingredients

Filling
poppy 1 glass
sugar (but be guided by your taste) 0.5 cups
Fill
Sour cream 15% 2 glasses
Sugar 1 glass
Vanilla sugar 1 pack

Cooking method

  • Pancakes "Poppy stovpchiki"
  • We fry your favorite pancakes. For this amount of filling, you need 14-15 pancakes with a diameter of 18cm. If you have a larger pan, then there should be fewer pancakes.
  • Boil the poppy seeds for 15-20 minutes. We discard on a fine sieve to glass the water. Mix with a glass of sugar and grind with a blender. Stuff the pancakes and cut either in half or into 3 pieces. We put it in a fairly deep shape. It turns out something like this:

  • My form is not filled out to the end, because my husband "stole" dry pancakes, and it was lazy to start the second portion.
  • The filling is very easy to prepare. Beat the sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar with your hands.
  • Pour the pancakes, give them time to brew, well, at least 4 hours. And then eat and enjoy
  • If you have cherries in the freezer that you can defrost and add to the poppy filling, believe me, the pleasure will be incomparably great.
