And I thought there was a mistake in the name. But there really is a pickle And such beauty turns out
Vitalinka
celfh, Thank you. The cupcake is really delicious. And you can always attach the brine. I tried it with tomato, too, delicious. And the main thing is easy, fast and affordable.
LiudmiLka
The recipe is interesting, but 15 g of baking powder per 250 g of flour is very confusing. I mean, too much chemistry for 1 sq. cm
Vitalinka
MariVI really hope you like it.
LiudmiLka, my first thought, too, flashed that a lot of baking powder. But she dared to cook and was satisfied with the result. Try to put less, and then tell us.

typically 1 teaspoon baking powder per cup (250 ml) flour
I also always count that way, i.e. 1 tsp. baking powder 160 gr. flour (exactly as much flour in a 250 ml glass).
Olga from Voronezh
Thanks for the recipe! How unusual!
I am beautifull

I thought you already tried it.
I baked in pickle brine, tomato and plum pickle.
Ligra
Vitalinka, on those pickles it should be tasty and the cake looks very nice. It's just that cabbage has a specific smell, so I clarified.

Well yes. And somehow I don't have a lot of cabbage pickle, maybe I just sour in small portions.
Ligra
Vitalinka, yes, I also don't have a lot of brine left, now just a glass and a half are left. Then I'll make bread.
Vitalinka
Ligra, well, maybe someday you want to try, I will be very pleased!

Girls, please explain.
The dough is very liquid, it pours straight. This is normal?
Bast1nda
And I have a question.
Marinade from pickles or from pickled cucumbers / tomatoes? Or unnatural. I still have pickle pickle brine, can I?
Vitalinka
an_domini, the dough is like a regular muffin, pouring, but not quite liquid.

Bast1nda, I bake in pickled cucumber brine, tomato, plums.
