Ingredients

Flour 1.5KG
Water 3/4 cup
Salt 20 g
Sugar 50 g
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 20 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Dilute dry yeast in warm water, add flour, mix everything overnight and leave to nurture until morning.
  • 2. In the morning, beat out the dough with a spatula as much as possible
  • longer, add salt, sugar and vegetable oil, add another glass of flour, beat thoroughly and let rise once more.
  • 3. Put the dough on the table, divide it into pieces
  • and shape the buns.
  • 4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put rolls on it, having previously greased them with honey on top. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  • You can sprinkle the rolls with caraway seeds and sugar, or add raisins and chopped almonds to the dough.
