cabbage 1 PC
bird liver 300 g
raw egg 1 PC
bulb 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Put chopped cabbage with an onion in a frying pan, you can use a carrot, but without a tomato.
  • It will be served as a side dish for our duck and we will take some of it to stuff the duck.
  • Then take a bowl of ready-made stewed cabbage, add coarsely chopped liver to it and 1 raw egg for a bunch.
  • Mix the filling and stuff our duck with it.
  • Pinch the belly of the duck with toothpicks and send it to bake.
