Giacomo puree soup

Ingredients

Shrimp (already boiled and peeled) 100 g
Butter 50 gr.
Flour 2 tbsp. lies.
Milk 500 ml
Cream 33% 100 g
Meat or chicken broth 600 ml.
Vegetable broth 200-300gr.
Carrot 1 PC.
Potatoes 2 pieces (not large)
Cream cheese (soft) 200 gr.
Cognac 40-50 ml.
Salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, herbs taste

Cooking method

  • Boil carrots and potatoes until tender, mashed in a blender. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour. We fry, stir constantly for two to four minutes. Gently pour in milk and mix well (if lumps appear, strain). We introduce broth with meat, vegetable and vegetable puree. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat. We gradually put the cheese (spoonfully) into the soup, stir and wait for it to completely dissolve. Add cream, salt, turmeric, pepper, shrimp and cook over low heat for three to five minutes. Pour in brandy before the end of cooking. Everything is ready, you can serve, just decorate with herbs or croutons (instead of croutons I had a corn-garlic bread with Italian herbs)

Note

This kind of soup is served in our city, in the "Italian Restaurant" the soup is very popular, my husband just adores it
It is absolutely not difficult to do it, although at first glance you cannot tell ...
For example, I prepare the ingredients slowly, for several days (I boil the meat for the child ... the broth is ready, the shrimp for the salad - I'll leave it for the soup)
Try .... the soup is sooo tender and delicious !!!

And thanks from me! Very tender soup and delicious. Didn't put turmeric and a friend said that something was missing. She put not 100, but 300 gr of shrimp. But the royal ones, for my taste, would be better off here.
