Cheese pancakes with pineapple

Ingredients

milk 2 glasses
eggs 2 pcs
flour 1.25 cups
sugar 1 tsp
cheese like Russian 150 g
canned pineapples 250 g
sour cream 200 BC

Cooking method

  • Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with milk and sugar. Add flour, stir. Grate the cheese and add to the dough.
  • Cheese pancakes with pineapple




  • Beat the whites separately into a strong foam and mix with the dough. Bake small pancakes.

  • Finely chop pineapples and mix with sour cream.
  • Spread the filling over the pancakes and roll them into rolls. Can be served with warmed pineapple syrup.

Well "Estonian" is just a name. I don’t know how in Estonia, but in Ukraine they have forgotten how to make cheeses (both Estonian and Russian, and Dutch). So I often buy either Polish or Lithuanian. I hope that if "Ukrainian" cheese is sold in Estonia, then it looks more like cheese
