Ingredients

egg whites 7 pcs
confectionery cream 26% 1 l
savoyardi 600 g
processed cheese 600 g
gelatin 2 tbsp. l.
strong coffee, with milk 400 ml
cognac 100 ml
chocolate topping

Cooking method

  • pre-pour gelatin with cold water, water about 75 ml.
  • beat the whites separately (you can add 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, but the pastry cream itself is sweet, so do not overdo it with sugar), beat the processed cheese separately and beat the cream separately.
  • add whipped cream cheese to the whipped cream (you can continue with a mixer). carefully combine with proteins - you will need a large basin and a large spoon with a long handle.
  • mix coffee with cognac and add about 100 ml of this liquid to the resulting mass of whipped cream, cheese curds and proteins.
  • Dissolve the gelatin (in the microwave) and pour a thin stream into a bowl, stirring constantly.
  • you can make an interesting feint - pour the mixture on top with topping or melted chocolate, in thin such trickles, but a lot, and then putting it on the cookies will turn out to be such marbling or something, cool
  • then everything is clear: they soaked the cookies, poured the mixture and put them in the refrigerator, preferably at night
  • culmination: get out of the mold, sprinkle with cocoa, cut with a knife and enjoy eating!

So, when asked if an airfryer is needed, now I can say absolutely exactly. Needed !!! Because pickled cabbage Basie's aunt and Tiramisu Fugasca they only fit into my airfryer bowl ...

Well, two troubles.
