Buckwheat with vegetables "Krasnaya Gorka"

Buckwheat with vegetables "Krasnaya Gorka"

Ingredients

buckwheat 1 glass
beet 1 PC.
red bell pepper 1 PC.
carrot 1 PC.
onion 1 PC.
tomato 2 pcs.
tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil
salt

Cooking method

  • Buckwheat with vegetables "Krasnaya Gorka"
  • Saute the onion in vegetable oil.
  • Add carrots and lightly fry.
  • Add grated raw beets and fry for another five minutes.
  • Add chopped bell peppers and tomato paste, diced tomatoes and simmer for three minutes.
  • Pour in buckwheat and continue to fry, stirring for a minute.
  • Pour in a glass of boiling water, salt. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  • At the end, sprinkle with herbs and stir.
  • Tasty both hot and cold.

Note

I cooked in a multicooker. I fry everything in the Bakery, and then the Buckwheat program.

The porridge is simply incredibly tasty, by the way, it is suitable for those who are fasting and for those on a diet.

You can add your favorite dry herbs before stewing. I used an Italian mixture with basil.

celfh, maybe someone does it differently, but I soak barley for the night and then on "pilaf" with carrots, onions and mushrooms. Delicious!!! I also tried this recipe, only without beets. It is also tasty, but with buckwheat it is somehow more exquisite. And I took frozen tomatoes and peppers.

I just brought a huge thank you from the happy mother of a fed girl, capricious !!!!!! My little one ate a large plate of this porridge, even asked for an addition !!!!!!!
