Ingredients

Flour 350 - 400 g
Sugar 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Soda - do not extinguish 1 tsp
Jam (preferably plum) 300 g
Can cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg,
candied fruits, etc.

Cooking method

  • Mix the jam with baking soda, let stand for 10 minutes (it turns white).
  • Add everything else, mix.
  • It should be thick and sticky.
  • In a slow cooker - strips of paper to pull out (you can do without it, it won't stick and the structure is not particularly delicate, rather gingerbread-like, dense).
  • 65 minutes on baking, turn and another 30 minutes.
  • Let it bake well, so as not to burn.

I just baked it, used peach jam, baked on each side for 45 minutes, but the toothpick came out dry after the first 45 minutes, turned it over on the other side just in case. The gingerbread is tasty (still hot), soft. Thanks for the recipe!
