Cauliflower soup with saffron (lean option)

Ingredients

medium sized cauliflower
soy milk 300 ml
vegetable broth (I have water) 300 ml
saffron pinch
salt taste
freshly ground black pepper taste
greens (I have dill) Little

Cooking method

  • Dilute milk powder with water. Mix with vegetable broth or water. Add saffron. Divide the cabbage into inflorescences. Put it in a saucepan and cook until tender, 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, add herbs. Beat everything with the foot of a blender. Boil again. If you think your soup is thick, dilute with water and serve with croutons.
  • It turned out to be a very tender, tasty and positive soup.

I buy it from the metro. There is a shop where they sell all kinds of healthy products. If people are not fasting, then regular milk can be used.
