PILAF

Note

It turns out very tasty, very. I was even told that it’s probably impossible to cook this during Lent, because it’s very difficult to stop and not eat too much.

Anelsin juice so successfully replaced water, the rice turned out to be fragrant and acquired a beautiful shade.

If the dried fruits are hard, soak them for a while (I had soft ones and I skipped this point).

Recipe based on cooking recipes.

Lucy, the recipe is wonderful! can be fed with nuts when serving from above
(I never guessed to replace the water in fruit pilaf with juice!, although in the recipe for pilaf with navels, I replaced it perfectly, the head is garden!)

Lucy, the recipe is wonderful! can be fed with nuts when serving from above

You can, of course, but in our house not everyone loves and tolerates nuts, so everything is fair, as they cooked, and they showed you.

My Plov mode is automatic, that is, it depends on the quantity of liquid, about an hour approximately.

I often cook pilaf with dried fruits, but I haven't tried it in this version. I will definitely cook it with orange juice. It looks very nice, just a dessert dish.

Mifira, to your health!

You have a very beautiful photo!

And the bright orange color of the rice is clearly visible, and in my photographs, due to the flash, the rice appears white.

and what kind of orange juice do you take, packaged - ordinary, from which company or you squeeze yourself

Even when I was working in the kindergarten, I always liked fruit pilaf. But I have never cooked myself, because my men love meat dishes more. We must also try, if only I do not have to eat everything myself

Use any juice from the package that you like. You can also fresh, but here you need to look so that it is not sour.

My men are no exception, they also love meat. But this pilaf was eaten with great pleasure.

Looking at this pilaf, you just want to get out of bed and cook. I can even smell it. I will bookmark it and will definitely cook it in the nearest future: flowers: neck time.

I made this fruit pilaf today! I added some dried pears to the main recipe, which was also very handy. The scent was in the air throughout the apartment. The recipe is just wonderful. Thanks to the author! Suffered +

For a multicooker, just a gourmet recipe!
I remember that the pumpkin was finely chopped and dissolved in the juice, and instead of raisins - dried cranberries.
Thank you very much, Lyusichka!
Luysia
Nagira, thanks for the report and for the reminder about the recipe, I have a lot of pumpkins this year ...
