Ingredients

For the test:
eggs 5 pieces
sugar 200 g
flour 160 g
milk 2 tbsp. l
chocolate 100 g
Cream No. 1:
cream 450 g
sugar 2 tbsp. l
Cream No. 2:
boiled condensed milk 250 g
butter 150 g
peanut 100 g
Glaze:
cream 150 g
chocolate 250 g
butter 45 g

Cooking method

  • Beat the yolks with sugar. Melt chocolate with milk, mix until smooth, add to the yolks and beat. Beat the whites into a strong foam, add to the chocolate mass along with the sifted flour. Stir gently until smooth, pour into a mold with a diameter of 26 cm. Oven at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool the finished cake and cut into 2 parts.
  • Cream No. 1: beat butter at room temperature until fluffy, then add boiled condensed milk and continue to beat until cream is ready. Add toasted peanuts to the cream.
  • Cream No. 2: beat the cream with sugar into a dense mass. Set aside 100-150 g of cream to coat the cake.
  • Glaze: Heat the chocolate and cream until the chocolate dissolves, add butter and stir well.
  • Assembling the cake: apply cream No. 1 to the first cake. On top of cream # 1, apply cream # 2. Then the second cake. Level the assembled cake with whipped cream, but not in a thick layer, but lightly. Now you need to cover the whole cake with icing. Pour the icing into the middle of the cake and let it drain, helping with a wide knife. The consistency of the glaze is important, if it is too liquid, it will drain quickly and the cake will be covered with a thin layer, if it is too thick, it will not even out and harden quickly. Here you need to watch for the moment when the glaze cools down a little and begins to thicken a little. Well, decorate the cake as desired.
