Potato gratin in a slow cooker
Category: Vegetable dishes
Ingredients
Potatoes 500 g
Cream 35% 500 ml
Salt 1/3 tsp
1/4 nutmeg
Garlic 0.5 cloves
Cooking method

Pour cream into a saucepan, put on fire. Grate and add nutmeg, salt. Warm up, but do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat and leave to rest. Stir again before use (nutmeg will float).
Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices (I use the 0.3 cm nozzle in the food processor). Cut the garlic into several thin slices.
Grease the bottom of the multicooker with butter. Put the potatoes in one layer on the bottom, put a slice of garlic, pour the cream sauce over the level of the potatoes, put the next layer, garlic, pour over the sauce, etc.
Cook on the Baking program for 40 to 60 minutes. depending on the thickness of the slices (for my 0.3, 40 minutes is enough). In 10 minutes. until finished, you can sprinkle with grated cheese.
At the end, turn it off, divide it into portions with a silicone spatula (one piece is unlikely to be laid out), put it on plates.

The dish is designed for 2 servings
Cooking time: 1 hour
Cooking program: Baking
Note
I usually don't add any garlic or cheese - I really love the taste of nutmeg.
