Soy asparagus soup with kelp and corn

Ingredients

Soy asparagus 7-8 sticks
Celery root 1/5 spine
Potatoes 1-2 pcs
Carrot 1 piece (medium)
Onion 1 piece (medium)
Kelp dry (or frozen) 5 tbsp. l
Water 1.2 liters
Tomato + half pepper (sweet), or leche
Garlic 1-2 cloves
Marjoram, Kalindzhi seeds, Thyme, Basil, Tarragon, Mustard seeds Taste
Frozen corn 200 BC

Cooking method

  • Put herbs and roots (celery, potatoes, carrots, diced) in boiling water. Break the soy asparagus into 6-7 cm pieces, and put them in a saucepan with boiling herbs.
  • After 5-10 minutes (when the roots become a little soft), put finely chopped onion, and after boiling - kelp. Stir, cook for another 5 minutes, add a tomato chopped in a blender and half a bell pepper with a clove of garlic (can be replaced with 100 g leche (pepper can be caught and cut into pieces). 3 minutes after boiling, add frozen corn. No need to cook corn, the grains should be juicy, only heated. As soon as the soup comes to a boil, turn off immediately.
  • You can add salt right at the beginning. I often don't put salt. Already on a plate, I pour fragrant unrefined oil and soy sauce.
  • The second can be served rolls with avocado, bell pepper, cucumber and boiled carrots, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
  • This time I cooked soup in a slow cooker. I put all the products at once, except for corn and leche with garlic, put them on the stewing mode - 1 hour. 10 minutes before cooking, I added the tomato-garlic mixture. And three minutes before shutdown - corn.
  • In a small Panasonic multicooker, just the maximum amount turned out (up to the mark)

I made this soup today. True, not all herbs were found, but otherwise she did not deviate from the recipe! Amazingly delicious. And brought a nice variety to my lean menu

By the way, both kelp and corn were canned! This is another departure from the recipe presented here. But everyone ate with great pleasure! I recommend to all
