Pilaf with trout

Ingredients

Rice 2 m. St
Fish (trout) fillet 300-400g
Onion 1 PC
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Seasoning for pilaf taste
water 3 tbsp. or 1 / 1.5 ratio (rice / water)

Cooking method

  • Fry the onion in Turbo mode with the lid open, until transparent, add fish fillets cut into not very small pieces to the onion (you can fry the fish, but I like it more when you don't fry it).
  • I add rice to this onion-fish splendor and fill it with water in which I dissolve all the spices and seasonings).
  • Cooking on mode Multi cook 25 minutes, after the end of the program I turn on the heating mode for at least 20 minutes.

The dish is designed for

4 servings

Note

This is such a delicious meat. Recommend.

How much water? Specify, pliiiz, otherwise I did it in proportion according to the recipe book - it turned out to be a mess, not pilaf !!!

Good morning, I'm a crow, I didn't write water.
I always cook rice in a ratio of 1 / 1.5 (rice / water)

Tanyush! Thanks, but I want to clarify !!! It doesn't matter if the rice alone, mlm with different vegetables, meat, fish, is still half as much?

Fish and meat always work like this (approximately on the phalanx of the little finger that would cover). But when I add tomatoes or mushrooms are watery, then there are less, but to be honest it feels like.
Again, how much liquid to pour depends on the type of rice, but here it is necessary to experiment, on brown I pour more liquid, Krasnodar less, steamed perfectly (it seems to me always) turns out.
In general, pressure cookers are great because they require less liquid, but you need to adapt. So good luck

I will try! I bought Uzbek rice here at the market! Let's see what happens !!!

Is the fish only trout in this recipe? And on the other how? Now I have a loach.
Mikhaska
Evgeniy_M, I am not Tanya, but I will try to answer as a big lover of char. It is rather dry and I always put a little more oil in dishes with it so that "there is no lump in my throat." And so - a wonderful representative of salmon. Very dietary and delicious!
Evgeniy_M
Mikhaska, Thank you for the quick response! There is no oil in the recipe at all. How much do you need? Upcoming holidays!
Mikhaska
Evgeniy_M, for pilaf with meat, as a rule, 50 ml of oil is used (considering that we cook in a multitude). So pour about 70-80 ml. But, I would advise you to pre-mix the char with oil, so that the pieces of fish will at least absorb it a little. And, then already lay them in the cartoon, (without preliminary frying). The char becomes very dry when fried. Here, to avoid this, put the fish raw.

Ira, thank you
Eugene, for me the char is rather dry, although it is a very tasty fish and I just prefer to bake it in foil. I use oil purely for frying, but here I have a type of dietary option: girl-yes: therefore, frying and oil are minimized. Of course, I like it more with salmon or trout, and I don't need butter, it's all very greasy. Although I did both with coho salmon and with cod (I didn't really like it with cod) I did the sole, but I also added a tomato there, because the sole always smells like mud to me, and tomatoes seem to neutralize the smell (but this is purely my quirk)
