Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments
Masha Ivanova
igel _el, Elona! Beauty turns out! Can you find out the composition of the test? And in general, how was the dough turned up completely and in what? In a food processor with knives or in a bowl? Will it creep down your throat easily or do you have to push hard with a pusher?
Last thing. Is everything in the case made of plastic or is there something made of metal?
NatalyaB
igel _el, what sympapulki!
GoldyM
Something even seems to me that is cooler than a new nozzle! Or is it just the right dough ...
I also want a dough recipe for such beauty!)

Oh, how I want to brag with delight !!!
I bought an old model. But it's new! Or at least "only kissed". And for only 29 € (including shipping)
I got up on Cooking Chef like a mother.
What a joy I am !!!

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments
Elona, that's good luck! Congratulations!
How to trim? I don't see the cutter in the photo.
igel _el
Thank you, Dear Ones, for the shared joy!
Dough - 500g flour (half hard grades and sun) + 4 eggs + salt.
"According to the instructions" it was necessary to take 4 eggs and add water to the mark on the glass. Apparently the eggs turned out to be large - the water did not fit
The dough turned out to be sooo cool. I tried to do it in the processor with knives. But it stirred unevenly. Then the knives just started scrolling. Got it out, put it in the bowl. I got in the way with a hook, but the car clearly didn't like it. She took out and worked with pens. The dough was so steep that it was not possible to form even into a smooth ball.
Left to lie down for a couple of hours.
With apprehension, whether I would break the plastic matrices, and in general whether it would come out, I started the process.
And - it worked !!!
Macaroshki crawled out unevenly in speed, but evenly in structure. And almost dry immediately. With the dryness of the dough, I obviously overdid it. I'll fix it!
That is, the reliability of the set-top box has been extremely tested.
The attachment itself and the matrix are all plastic. But the matrices are quite thick and with many stiffening ribs from the inside (if interested, I can take a picture). Metal only fasteners to the machine and the feed screw shaft. Looks like steel - heavy and non-aluminum color.
The cutter, as on the current model, is not there. I cut it off with an ordinary plastic dough scraper. No inconvenience.
And the nozzle itself for me really turned out to be cooler than the new one.
Firstly, at the cost Secondly, the number of matrices.
A used metal model comes across from us for about 80-90 € (not for a long time on the monitor). As a standard, there will be one (!) Matrix. Each additional copper "medal" costs approx. 30 € (!!!). And this one comes with as many as six!
.
How long did the text turn out
Stasia
What a beauty!! Macaroshki is a pleasure to watch! This is happiness. You purchased the entire attachment for the price of one bronze matrix. Congratulations! Could you give a link where you purchased the attachment?
igel _el
Anastasia, exactly!!!
The entire nozzle with six (!) Dies is even cheaper (including shipping) than one (!) Matrix (without shipping) would cost.
Bought 🔗.
This translates roughly to "eBay bulletin board"

Now revised video from answer # 7624
My "baby", or rather - the lump was cooler!
Stasia
So I thought I bought it on E buy. How I do not like him, but for the sake of such a price, you can endure the inconvenience. Will you have to buy an adapter for the new CMs? I have 6320.
igel _el
Anastasia, and what are the inconveniences of eBay?
And this branch is just like Avito. What are the problems?
Stasia
igel _el, No matter how they give us a scolding for the offtopic.
In fact, Amazon is closer to me, it seems closer to me. In general, there are no problems with returning the goods. And the money is withdrawn from the account when you receive the goods. This is their feature. At the moment I'm waiting for my 9060, bought on Ebay. I bought it on May 16, I still haven't come, considering that I live in Europe. I'm very nervous because there is no money, no new Ken. The seller is described "to wait until June 24 due to the problems of coronavirus", this is where Amazon works better: wait, wait, my thousand (well, this is not entirely true, since I cannot use it, but I see it there) on my account. The only thing I can count on is the e-buy and paypal guarantees.
Irlarsen
AnastasiaPaypal has great guarantees - don't worry! Keep correspondence with the seller
igel _el
Anastasia, I agree with Irina!
PayPal provides excellent buyer protection. I hope you paid with PP, not by transfer.
And with international mail now "ambush". I've been waiting for a parcel from Russia for a month and a half. From May 25, the status is “Sent from Russia”. I wait patiently ...
P.S. For oftop may not be chased. We are discussing the possibilities of extracting nozzles.
zvezda
Elona, how lovely!!! Very happy for you !!
igel _el
I will tease again
The postman has just brought a parcel.
Used in excellent condition. Actually, I only wanted flexi, but I still pay for the shipping. I decided to take the shelters in reserve (Glory to our Hamsters!)

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments
Irlarsen
ElonaIs this that famous flexi?
igel _el
Irina, she is
zvezda
Elona, Congratulations!! And what kind of closures ?? Let's go to the chat room ...
igel _el
Olya, closures for Kesha (Cooking Chef)
One for the head - from the steam, the second lid for the bowl from the splashes. (They are in the photo, but not very "legible")
zvezda
Elona, can you give more details?? I have not seen them ...
igel _el
OlyaHow did you not see it?
It's elementary, Watson!
They come with Cooking Chef. Such protective transparent I simply duplicated them on occasion. What if they break? (Five years did not break, and then suddenly they decide?) Then I would regret ...
Glory to our Hamsters !!!
These (sorry for this picture)

Congratulations!!!! Can you eat this coveted 100 grams of butter ?? And then I ask Olga .......
GoldyM
Elona, Congratulations! I'm on the verge of suicide with envy!
Irlarsen
What am I doing today. Maybe the tea-makers will scold me, but I took the liberty of making tea with Keshulka. Yesterday I picked lemon balm and laid out the leaves on a towel. In the morning I ran it through a meat grinder directly into the bowl, covered it with the same towel and left it at 26 degrees for 6 hours, then hooked up the mixer and now the dry land is at 90 degrees. Last year I tried everything according to the rules, I froze, thawed, dried in the oven, but at the exit the tea did not smell like lemon balm at all. While from the bowl melissa smells very tasty !!!!!! I'll see what happens !!!!! After half an hour, I decided to lower the temperature to 60 degrees
GoldyM
Irina, then someone told me that they burned a typewriter on tea (((you are more careful
Irlarsen
Marina, As I understand it, the motor was burned in a meat grinder. I heard that there could be problems, so I played it intermittently and I had a little to try. As a result, dry, I think, 50 grams came out. And so, yes, if I get carried away with teas, then I need to quietly, there is no need to crush with a crush at all, the leaves just fall and they themselves slowly come out and leave more often. Where are we in a hurry?

Can you eat this coveted 100 grams of butter ??
I'll try, if I have time, tomorrow. We still need to adjust the height.
GoldyM
I really need a resident of sunny Italy!) We don't have such here, by any chance?)
zvezda
Marina, but Spain will not work ??
GoldyM
Olya, unfortunately, it is necessary in Italy (((
GoldyM
By the way, Olya, I came again to tell you how I love my auger juicer! She is such a good fellow and a hard worker! Yes, not very fast, probably, but she is so reliable!) Today they squeezed out apple and pear juice for me (the apples were old and tough, so they used more mashed potatoes, but the pear flowed perfectly), mango juice and oranges-lemon (again with skipped directly with the peel, I love this peel bitterness!), by the way, I also did not stand on ceremony with the mango, I freed it from the bone and since it was already very ripe, I threw it right with the peel)
The cake yield is very small, the cake is dry ... Just a fairy tale!
zvezda
Marina, everything ... I take it out and try it, you will persuade the dead ... only I have no idea how to use it at all, but I hope I can handle it ...
How long does it take to clog?
S_V

I take it out and try
Olya, why didn't you drive her before ?? You so often said that she was not special in any way For some reason, there is only talk about cupcakes around her I liked her the most on tempering chocolate 👍👍👍👍 it feels like she was specially tailored for him I would have bought a second one 🤣🤣🤣 PS
Olya, sorry, I thought we were talking about an old flexi
lira3003
Olya, have you tried auger yet? I had the patience, I am her too
Quote: GoldyM
love my auger juicer!
Unlike the former freestanding, the cake is dry and there is no desire to drive it out again. I only have a food processor that is rarely used, but this is not because it is bad, no. Just next to Bosch, he has a bigger bowl, and Ninja. Too lazy to get it.
And yet, my husband became addicted to chopping fruits and berries for his needs. So I showed him how to use Bosch. I don't show Kenwood food processor, sorry

In the sense of? Everything comes out right away
Sonya sadova
Ladies, and no one tried to press the nettle on the auger?
S_V

nettles on auger
If the nettle is young, the fibers are not tough. somewhere it was advised to first chop and then add water as well. although it is risky nettle makes a strong fabric. risky. them ho.
GoldyM
Olya, I washed it only after everything done ... The cake comes out well

Svetlana, I did Anglese the day before yesterday, so I also got the impression that the old flexi would be much more appropriate there than all the other nozzles, it both whips and collects from the walls! Eh!
zvezda

have you tried auger yet?
Like this?? I tested it on tomatoes and berries, it got hammered so very quickly ... but that was 7 years ago ..
Flaxie is old ok, but I don't see much too much ...
Old Flay
GoldyM
Olya, are you talking about auger or about a press for berries?) 7 years ago there was no auger 7 years ago ... It is the auger that does not clog, the cake comes out well, its mesh is also good, metal ...
But the press, yes, they wrote that they were hammered ...
It seems like you wrote that you didn't buy a screw ...
Do not put only oranges in the berry press

Do not put only oranges in the berry press
Hello, came ... of course about the press, I've already brought oranges, a tangerine ...
When you and I are like a deaf with a dumb we communicate ..

So what's the press?
GoldyM
Olya, I'm telling you everything about the auger!)))
The press, I'm afraid, will not pull the oranges, unfortunately (((
Remember, I told you that I squeezed oranges with peels, and you said that I was tempting you to buy another nozzle)))
For tangerine oranges, all kinds of apples and other carrots with celery - this is the KAX720PL screw juicer.
I didn't even look at the berry press ...
Irlarsen
Well, at least I'll lick my lips and ask around about the auger one! Marina, how slowly is it? Here is an orange with a peel, cut into 4 pieces? More? And how slowly is it? That is, practically do not push the pusher? I was jealous! I still hope to see my attachments in October!
zvezda
Quote: GoldyM
I'm talking about auger
Phew ... I'll make orange caramel then ..

in October!

I also want a screw, although I have another one ..

I brought this one from Korea ..

GoldyM
Irina, I cut so that they pass into the neck) when with a pusher, when without, they themselves pass well, in principle ...
Slowly, it's slower than a centrifuge, it processes everything quickly ... I don't have a centrifuge nozzle and I don't want to, my mother has some other one for apples ...
It's a pity that you can't get to your attachments yet (((
OlyaWell, this one is also like a press for berries, right? The auger, though probably smaller, somehow looks more reliable ...
zvezda
Marina, the centrifuge squeezes out very quickly ..
This one is generally weird .. but cool !!
