Pomegranate juice salad

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 3 pcs.
Red onion 1
fresh tomatoes 3 pcs.
fresh fragrant herbs (dill, parsley, tarragon, mint) 50 gr.
Fresh medium-sized cucumber 3 pcs.
Garnet 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Cook potatoes in their uniforms, preferably the day before, peel and cut into slices
  • Cut the onion thinly, pour boiling water for 10 minutes so that the bitterness is gone.
  • Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into thin slices.
  • Cut the pomegranate in half and squeeze the juice using a citrus juicer.
  • We take a deep, but not very wide salad bowl.
  • We put potatoes on the bottom, then onions, then tomatoes, chopped greens on top, and cucumbers on top.

  • We fill everything with pomegranate juice

  • put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
