Roll "Three yummy"

Category: Vegetable dishes
Roll Three sweets

Ingredients

Onion 1 PC.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Cabbage 0.5KG
Tomato juice 1 glass
Red pepper 1 PC.
Potatoes 1 kg
Beet 0.5 kg (4 medium)
Walnuts 0.5 cups
Prunes 100 g
Turmeric 0.5 tsp
Potato starch 1 tbsp. l.
Broccoli several inflorescences
Vegetable oil
Salt, sugar, coriander, curry, apple cider vinegar, herbs taste

Cooking method

  • First, prepare the fried cabbage. Finely chop the onion, three carrots on a coarse grater and lightly fry it all in vegetable oil. Add shredded cabbage, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add a glass of tomato juice, chopped red pepper, salt, sugar and simmer for another 15 minutes. Then remove the lid, add heat and fry the cabbage until all the liquid has evaporated and the cabbage is lightly browned. The first yummy is ready.
  • We proceed to the second one. Peel 1 kg of potatoes and 1 large carrot and cook in salted water.
  • While the vegetables are boiling, we make the third yummy. Grate boiled beets (I previously baked them in the microwave), add 0.5 cups of ground nuts, salt, sugar, apple cider vinegar, a pinch of coriander, finely chopped prunes, a little vegetable oil.
  • Mash hot boiled potatoes with carrots, add salt, turmeric, curry and 1 tbsp. l. starch.
  • Now we collect all this: we spread the baking paper on a large baking sheet (I have a silicone film), grease it with vegetable oil and put the potatoes in the first layer over the entire size of the baking sheet. Put the cabbage on top in the same way. And we lay the beets with a "sausage" along the long side from the edge and from it we begin to roll up the roll, lifting the paper.
  • We put in a well-preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • In salted and acidified water with vinegar, boil several inflorescences of frozen broccoli and decorate the finished roll with herbs.
  • Everything! Each yummy only complements the others and you get an elegant and tasty dish from the most affordable and inexpensive products for everyone.
  • Bon Appetit!

Boiled beets (I pre-baked them in the microwave)
izumka , and how do you do it in the micro?
izumka
She put the peeled beets in a glass saucepan, pricked with a fork, closed the lid and for 10 minutes at maximum power. Then she unwrapped the beets and another 10 minutes. But you have to try. Sometimes 15 minutes. just enough, and sometimes 30min. it is necessary. It all depends on the beets (like a "bun" in HP from flour).

thanks! it's just that my micro steamer is covered. and I’m so used to cooking all the vegetables in it that I don’t present the sales, like this - in a saucepan ... on the stove ...
now I'm looking for a suitable option.
nakapustina
And I put my beets in a plastic bag, tie them, pierce a few holes in the bag, otherwise it swells up and at full power, after 15 minutes, I touch it, if it's soft, turn it off or then put it on. And the dishes are clean ...
izumka
nakapustina , class! This option is even better!
sweetka
I make a vinaigrette in the micra. first, I cut raw vegetables into cubes, and then in a micron for steam!
izumka
And steaming in the microwave - that's how it is!
sweetka
well, it's almost like you. sold such a device "microwave steamer". plastic container with a grid inside. a little water is poured on the bottom, food is poured onto the wire rack, closed with a lid. without water, I managed to dry the beets almost into coal, but such incidents do not happen with water. and everything cooks much faster, because microwaves are connected to the steam.
izumka
And where is such a cool device sold, this is the first time I hear about it?
sweetka
that's it.I bought a few years ago in a regular department of a supermarket for mere pennies. still not really knowing why.
and now my steamer ordered me to live a long time, and all my questions about such a device, the dish sellers look at me as if I were a Martian.
on the Internet, it is sold in a slightly different form and strongly for different money! (smile with a toad suffocating my delicate body).
izumka
It's a pity, but I was already thinking in which direction I should sharpen my skis ...
sweetka
somewhere on our forum there was a portrat. I'm joking now. if you find it, I'm in the share !!!!

sweetka, but where did your slow cooker go? There, too, you can cook for a couple.
izumka
Found a photo of a steamer, only I have not seen such anywhere

and no one said it would be easy. Now take a closer look, take an interest ...
izumka
Yes, now I will look with all my eyes in the stores, at least now I can imagine what it is.

: victory: There is a steamer for the microwave in Tupper, they say it's a cool little thing.
izumka
And where is Tupper?
