Ingredients

chocolate 120 grams
waffle sheet 1 PC
condensed milk 4-5 teaspoons

Cooking method

  • melt 120 g of dark chocolate in a water bath (I have an inexpensive weighed-out)
  • To do this, boil water, set aside from the heat, and put a container with broken chocolate in the water (I have a porcelain tea mug).
  • Let stand for 7-10 minutes.
  • Then stir with a teaspoon until the chocolate is completely melted, until it starts pouring.

  • Then we grease the silicone molds inside with chocolate, neatly along all the walls, so that later we get a candy shell.
  • We put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • In the meantime, we are preparing the filling-
  • crumble a purchased waffle sheet, add condensed milk to it and mix into a homogeneous mass.

  • After 15 minutes, remove the blanks from the freezer, and put the filling with a teaspoon, press it.
  • For sourness, I put a drop of cherry jam syrup into each candy.

  • then fill the bottom of the candy with the melted remaining chocolate.
  • For 15 minutes in the freezer.

  • We take out the form from the freezer, pull it in different directions and turn each candy "inside out"

Natasha, today I also made sweets according to your recipe, only since I don't have any forms yet, I made it a simplified version, rolled 30 gram balls from waffles, melted chocolate, strung the ball on a toothpick, rolled it in chocolate and sprinkled it with crushed peanuts.The sweets are really very, very tasty, and most importantly, easy to prepare, thank you very much for the recipe.

Water will not work here - only milk, and only heat it in a steam bath and never boil it, add sugar and cocoa to it. Separately heat the butter in the bath, then combine the milk-sugar-cocoa mixture + butter in one container and bring it to a boil ... and you still won't get a full replacement - you need cocoa butter for chocolate.
