Ingredients

Apples (sweet and sour) 750 g
Juice of 1 lemon
Butter 175 g
Sugar 100 g
Eggs 4 things.
Flour 400 g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt pinch
Milk 100 ml
Honey 4 tbsp. l.
Sugar, cinnamon

Cooking method

  • Wash the apples, cut each into 4 pieces, remove the core, peel and cut into thin slices. Mix the lemon juice with a small amount of water and pour the sliced ​​apples with it so that they do not darken.
  • Beat butter and sugar with a mixer. Add eggs. Beat again. Mix flour with baking powder, salt. Add flour, alternately with milk, to the egg-oil mixture. We knead everything well.
  • Lining the baking sheet (form) with baking paper. We spread the dough and level its surface. On top, in rows, lay out the apple slices overlapping, slightly pressing them into the dough. Heat the honey slightly and pour apples over it.
  • Sprinkle the cooled cake on top with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, to taste.
