Onion -2 medium onions
Shredded carrots 100 g
Water or broth 3/4 liter
Salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • We put the cartoon on the rice mode, pour oil on the bottom of the saucepan - 3 tbsp. l., fry the garlic, discard, then almonds, onions, sliced ​​turkey, put chopped carrots on top, fill with water or broth, add spices, except salt, cover with a lid, put chicken on mode - 15 minutes - the valve is closed!
  • At the end, we wait until the pressure drops, open it, salt to taste, put the washed and pre-soaked rice, level it, close the lid - the valve is turned - there is no pressure! We put rice on the mode, wait until it comes to the program - this is when the dashes stop jumping and the time is set - 8 minutes. After 4 minutes, turn it off and leave it alone for another 10 minutes. After the specified time, open the lid, mix - and go to the table!
