Lean gingerbread with apples and prunes

Ingredients

sugar 1 glass
flour 1.5 glass
nuts (finely chopped) 0.5 cups
honey 2 tbsp. l.
grows up. oil 0.5 cups
baking powder 1 tsp
apples 2 pcs.
prunes 100 g
cinnamon

Cooking method

  • Pour sugar into an enamel bowl, pour in 1 glass of water and vegetable oil, heat to 38Cº, add honey. We mix all ingredients well, achieving complete dissolution of honey and sugar. We introduce into the resulting mass cinnamon, pre-highly chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts) and flour with baking powder.
  • The consistency of the resulting mass should resemble thick sour cream. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Rinse prunes and cut into strips. Put apples and prunes in the dough and stir. Pour the resulting mass into a mold.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 30 - 35 minutes, check readiness with a wooden skewer. If the dough sticks to the skewer, let it stand for an additional 5 minutes.

Note

You can add any fruits and dried fruits you like to the gingerbread.
