Ingredients

Green beans 400 g
Refueling:

1/2 lemon juice
Walnuts 3-4 pcs
Sesame
Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
Salt taste
Fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley, dill) taste
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Defrost the green beans and pour over the marinade dressing, add salt. Leave for an hour, but you can eat right away.

  • Dressing preparation: finely chop the nuts and roll with a rolling pin, chop the garlic finely, or press through a crush, finely chop the greens. Combine oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, sesame seeds, nuts and chopped greens, rinse everything lightly with a fork.
