Stuffed Chinese cabbage

Stuffed Chinese cabbage

Ingredients

Chinese cabbage 1 piece (1 kg)
tomato 2 pcs
Champignon 200 g
oat flakes 2 tbsp. l
salt 0.5 tsp
pepper

Cooking method

  • 1. Blanch the cabbage in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
  • 2. Throw it in a colander, rinse with cold water.
  • 3. Cut tomatoes and mushrooms into slices.
  • 4. Steam the oatmeal.
  • 5. Heat the mushrooms in a dry frying pan for 5 minutes to evaporate excess liquid.
  • 6. Stuff the cabbage alternately with tomatoes and mushrooms, sprinkle with swollen flakes, salt and pepper on top.
  • 7. Bake in preheated to 220 degrees. oven for 25 minutes.

A very interesting recipe and beautiful presentation. But I just can't imagine the process of stuffing - stuffing between the leaves fits (don't you need to disassemble the head of cabbage?)? And then how to cut - cold or hot?

Yes, the minced meat fits between the leaves, you don't need to disassemble the head of cabbage. It is better to cut the cooled cabbage.
