Rosette cookies with vanilla sugar

Ingredients

butter 150 g
vegetable oil (refined) 50 ml
sugar 100 ml
sour cream 100 g
eggs 1 PC.
salt 1 tsp
vanilla sugar 10 g
wheat flour 400 g

Cooking method

  • The dough was kneaded in a food processor with knives. Softened butter, vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla sugar .. then sour cream, egg, salt, flour. I put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • The table was covered with flour. I divided the dough into 4 parts, made sausages out of it, cut into small pieces. She pressed the cakes from the pieces with her fingers and palm. I put the filling in the middle (filling biscuit + jam, chopped into a mass with a fork). The edges of the cake were cut as in the picture and rolled into roses.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 180 gr.

For grace, I advise you to grease the cookies with an egg before baking, they will be more beautiful.

All I go and admire the Roses. This is how much space for fillings: sweet and not sweet, vegetable, meat, and fish, and a lot of things can be stuffed with these boxes

Can you ask a question - there is no baking powder in the dough (for example, soda)?

There is nothing. Children can eat in any quantity. Fat is enough for crunchiness and sour cream even gave bubbles in the dough.

A cutaway cookie, when you cut it, it crumbles. I also had a regular biscuit without baking powder, only eggs, sugar and flour.

Here, I tried to repeat the shape - I really liked the molding method, the dough is really from another recipe, but thank you very much for the roses !!!!
