Ingredients

flour (for the cake) 150 gr.
butter or margarine (for the crust) 100 g
sugar (for the cake) 150 gr.
eggs (for the crust) 2 pcs.
starch (for the cake) 50g.
cocoa powder (for the crust) 3 tbsp. spoons
boiling water (for the cake) 70 ml.
baking powder (for crust) 1 tsp
rum (for impregnation) 70 ml
nesquick (or other dry chocolate drink) (for impregnation) 5 tbsp. l.
warm water (for impregnation) 150 ml.
Cream 35% fat (for cream) 250 ml.
Powdered sugar (for cream) 50 gr.

Cooking method

  • Grind butter with sugar, add eggs, beat, add cocoa diluted in water, starch, stir, add flour with baking powder.
  • Cover the bottom of a stone saucepan with parchment and pour in the dough (the consistency of rustic sour cream).
