Ground coriander0.5 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil2 tbsp. l.
Water330 ml
I also usually add 2 tbsp. l rye bran

Cooking method


  • There is a slight garlic aftertaste. That's enough for me. I think if you add more garlic, you need to increase the amount of yeast or panifarin. And so the bread turns out wonderful. As a basis for the recipe, I took the recipe that was given to me at HOME-BREAD, but I altered it a little.
  • If you want garlic bread, you can skip coriander. Then the garlic smell will be more pronounced.

So that the garlic does not interfere with the yeast, it is necessary, as you correctly advised, to add more panafarin. It was recommended not to add yeast. I added 2 more teaspoons and 5 garlic cloves ground - there is a slight aroma in the cooled bread. Thank you
