I recently bought a bread maker. The bread bakes, it is delicious, of course, it cannot be compared with what you buy in a store, and often sellers try to push what they didn’t push yesterday, so the difference is doubly felt.
Nadybal recipe for some Bavarian bread with the addition of wine.

Well, as if all the rules, I opened a bottle of Golden Amphora wine, splashed it according to the recipe and then the stove fell silent ... After even it does not start
I tortured the local people, like, in general, it could be done like that, because whoever answers: whoever burns, alcohol cannot be poured, others say that this is nonsense, it has no effect ...
I threw the stove under warranty, it seemed like a ride, it went like a marriage, without any problems at all, they will soon give a new one :)
But the question remained in the air, can sludge be added to the bread maker, or does it depend on the brand of the stove?

I support "others"who say: "that this is nonsense, it does not affect in any way" ... I have two bread makers, cakes, sweet rolls with the addition of cognac, rum, etc., I bake bread with the addition of red wine regularly, none of the ovens was damaged!

but how does the stove determine what it is - alcohol or just water?
by the way, alcohol is also present in kefir, especially in the old one. so try to add to the stove to alcohol with small doses. and then, I think, he will poison the chatter with great pleasure, especially if in the morning ...
