Note

I offer this recipe as a second step to the question I raised:
Wheat with corn flour and oatmeal (bread maker)

Since not all users of HP other brands have read these recipes, I suggest trying successful proven recipes from other instructions on your stoves.

In this recipe, oatmeal may influence the taste. Sometimes they have some bitterness, and you need to understand that in this case, this taste will pass into the bread. This is not for everybody. I used Dobrodiya instant cereal, for example. They are devoid of any foreign tastes.

Can you replace oatmeal with oat flour?
batono
I think yes!) In addition, the recipe prototype plate (see above) contains options for replacing it with other flakes. In general, you need to be creative with recipes, not be afraid to change something)

I'm telling you an interesting interpretation of the recipe - replace about 20 grams of wheat flour with crushed activated carbon and add chopped prunes to the dispenser. It will turn out almost "black white" from one pontovo bakery

This is how it looks
Wheat with corn flour and oatmeal (bread maker)
coal does not give a taste, but the bread is practically dietary (the difference will be noticed first of all by those who, for various reasons, cannot eat fresh bread). Of course, this is not for every day, but exclusively for the sake of exotic

In an amicable way, here you need a special food coal (somewhere in Singapore they make and sell this), but we absolutely replace it with the usual one from the pharmacy.

Well, bread cannot be dietary, in fact, because it consists of wheat flour, which contains a GI of 100 - not at all a dietary indicator
And the addition of charcoal is just a flour dye.

The bread looks interesting and unusual
AstraCat
Well, about dieteticism, I can still take in quotes. But still, coal has some useful properties for the body.

I check ads -
Easily falls into the stomach and is digested, activated charcoal removes toxins from the body.

Advertising is advertising But how much each of us personally needs activated carbon for our beloved organism, this is a question! We go to consult a doctor - to our ShuMakher
